charge by maintaining a sufficient average collected balance. A monthly
service charge could be incurred if the earnings credit is insufficient
to offset itemized account service charges. To determine whether this

| • A fee of the prime rate plus 4% per $100 will be assessed
on the average uncollected balance for the month |
